We are excited to inform you that various improvements were made to the Purchase Card department and team structure during recent months to ensure Iemas members receive the best client service possible.
Our card service team is ready to attend to all card related enquiries such as limit increases, balance enquiries, retailer enquiries etc. and consist of Rentia Weiss, Roseline (Maki) Mathibela and Melissa Sinclair. Members can contact them at card@iemas.co.za or on 0861013627 (select option 2 for Purchase Card then option 2 for balance enquiries OR option 3 for lost/ stolen card OR option 5 for all other card related enquiries). Alternatively, members can send an SMS to 35522 with the word Balance space member number to get their available account balance. (SMS costs R3).
