The employer carries no financial or credit risk, while Iemas protects employees through sound, responsible credit granting practices, comprehensive affordability assessments and free financial wellness training at the workplace.
Each employer decides which Iemas products and services to offer to their employees, according to their unique financial requirements. Monthly payments due are consolidated into one single salary deduction, which limits the possibility of non-payment due to no funds available or returned debit orders. With a well-established national infrastructure, Iemas is able to render its financial services without interfering with production time.
